What Every Package Includes (and What Activity-Only Quotes Leave Out)
Two quotes at the same per-pax price can be completely different products. These six inclusions are the difference between a claimable programme and an outing:
Certified facilitation
A named HRD Corp certified trainer runs the programme and the debrief — not an event crew managing logistics.
Venue coordination
We recommend, book and manage the venue. City hotel or nature resort, the rain contingency is designed before the day.
Meals
Lunch plus two tea breaks for day packages; all meals for overnight packages. Halal-certified, vegetarian options confirmed.
Materials and equipment
Activity equipment, workbooks, printing and PA. Nothing to source on your side.
Insurance
Public liability cover, plus personal accident cover for adventure formats. Certificate available on request.
HRD Corp claim pack
Kertas kerja, grant application support, attendance records with IC and time-in/out, photos and the completion report in HRD Corp format.
How the HRD Corp Claim Changes the Net Price
For a levy-paying employer the sticker price is not the real price. Under the January 2026 Allowable Cost Matrix, in-house training is claimable up to RM10,500 per day per group (RM6,000 per half day), plus a RM100 per person per day meal allowance and RM250–RM500 per person per day travel allowance depending on distance.
Worked example: a full-day package for 50 pax at RM400 per pax is RM20,000. The programme fee claims up to RM10,500, meals up to RM5,000 and eligible travel on top — most of the invoice comes back from the levy rather than the P&L. Two rules to respect: the grant must be approved at least 14 calendar days before the date (Employer’s Circular No. 2/2026), and participants must attend at least 75% of training hours.
