Estimates use the caps in HRD Corp's Allowable Cost Matrix (January 2026 edition) for general courses under HRD Corp Claimable Courses (HCC) / SBL-Khas. Actual approval depends on your levy balance, program structure, and HRD Corp's discretion. Travel allowances (RM250–RM500/pax/day) may apply for venues away from the workplace and are not included above.
Before you book: from 15 June 2026, your grant must be approved at least 14 calendar days before training starts, and approved grants can no longer be modified or appealed. Submit your application 3–4 weeks ahead. Read the full breakdown of the new HRD Corp rules for 2026.
