10.45am – 12.30pm	Challenge two: the Strategic Blueprint	A cross-team information exchange puzzle with assigned roles — Information Brokers, Strategists, Builders — that recreates departmental silos and forces teams to break them.
12.30pm – 1.00pm	Morning debrief	Facilitated reflection on communication bottlenecks, assumptions, and clarity of intent observed during the morning.
2.00pm – 3.45pm	Challenge three: negotiation and consensus	Multi-team resource trading under shifting priorities and deadlines — influence without authority, listening, and alignment.
4.00pm – 4.45pm	Experiential debrief and commitments	Translating the day's lessons to the workplace; awards for Best Synergy and Most Effective Communicators.
4.45pm – 5.00pm	Evaluation and close	Evaluation, group photo, and close.
