It is a directory and marketplace rather than a provider: 796+ listed vendors across 15 states, of which it describes 104+ as HRDF certified, with indicative packages from RM80 per pax. Listings are freemium — vendors can list free, with paid premium placement available.

That model matters when you are comparing. A directory's ordering reflects its own listing tiers, not an assessment of who will run your day best, and the company you eventually deal with is a third party the platform introduced. Directories are useful for discovering who exists in a state you do not know; they are weaker evidence of quality than talking to the facilitator who will actually stand in front of your team. The same caution applies to the "Top 100" and "10 Best" roundups that rank for these searches — including, in fairness, this page.

What actually separates them

Six of the eight suppliers above assert HRD Corp claimability. It is now table stakes in this market, so a provider claiming it tells you almost nothing. These four questions do:

Who facilitates, and what are their credentials? HRD Corp claimability attaches to a registered programme delivered by a recognised trainer. Ask for the named facilitator and their TTT status, not the company's registration.
Is there a structured debrief? The difference between an activity day and training is whether the experience is processed into workplace behaviour afterwards. GenBijak and M.A.D L.A.B both make this explicit; several do not mention it at all.
Does the price survive contact with your headcount? Per-pax rates fall with group size because design and facilitation costs are fixed. A quote that scales linearly with headcount has padding in it.
Who handles the claim paperwork? Grant approval must be in place 14 days before the programme. Ask whether the provider prepares the submission or hands you a receipt afterwards.
