Generative AI Training Malaysia: AI for Workplace Productivity

Hands-on AI for everyday work, with guardrails

Generative AI for Workplace Productivity is a one-day hands-on programme teaching teams to use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek for real workplace tasks including writing, research, summarising, and analysis. Redefine Learning Asia delivers it with participants working on their own actual tasks from the first hour, and includes a responsible-use and data-privacy module because unsupervised adoption is the larger risk for most Malaysian employers.

When This Programme Is the Right One

The symptom: Staff are already using AI tools unsupervised, or not using them at all — and both are costing you.

Start from the symptom your team is showing rather than the programme name — buying in the wrong order usually convinces leadership that training does not work. Compare every programme side by side in our symptom-to-programme comparison table.

Learning Outcomes

  • Participants complete a real work task with AI assistance during the session, not a demo task.
  • Participants can judge when AI output is wrong, which is the skill that separates useful adoption from risky adoption.
  • The team leaves with a shared prompt library built from its own recurring tasks.
  • Clear guardrails on what company data may and may not be entered into public tools.

Activities

Own-task lab

Participants bring a real recurring task and rebuild it with AI assistance during the session.

Hallucination hunt

A deliberately confident wrong output participants must identify and correct, to build healthy scepticism.

Prompt library build

The team collectively drafts reusable prompts for its own recurring work, exported at the end of the day.

Data boundary exercise

Sorting real categories of company information into what may and may not be entered into a public tool.

Generative AI for Workplace Productivity FAQs

No. The programme is designed for complete beginners, and the first lab starts from a blank prompt. Where a group is already using AI daily, we scope the day toward prompt engineering and verification instead — tell us at proposal stage.
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek by default. If your organisation has standardised on one, the labs are run entirely in that tool so the skills transfer directly.
No. The programme runs on free tiers. Where the client has enterprise licences we use those instead, since the data-handling rules differ and that is worth practising on the real setup.
The responsible-use module is not optional. Participants work through your actual data categories and leave with a written usage guideline. For regulated clients we brief with compliance before delivery.
